1.  How soon can I expect my results?

A:  We strive for 24 hour turn around with most analyses.  We also offer expedited service for a small charge for those unexpected emergencies that pop up.

2.  What if I need analysis on the weekend? 

A:  We do offer weekend service  with prior arrangement.  Please call by 4pm on Friday for any weekend analysis.

3.  How do I leave a sample before or after hours?

A:  We have a drop off "room" at our back door equipped with refrigerator and shelves where you can leave any samples or grape samples for testing.  Just call us for the key code.

4.  How much of a sample do I need and what do I send it in?

A:  We offer 200 ml sample bottles which will suffice for all analysis or another great container is a 500 ml water bottle.

5.  How do I submit a sample for analysis? 

A:  You can drop it off at our lab or any form of shipping will do.  If shipped, please make sure you provide us with your name, phone number, sample ID, desired analysis, and payment info - check, credit card, or on your account.  We recommend that you seal your shipped samples in a plastic bag to contain leakage.

6.  I have my numbers - now what do they mean?

A:  We offer consultation on those numbers.  Just call the lab and we will explain your results.

7.  I need or want something not on your list.  Can you get it for me?

A:  Yes, we will do our very best as we have many wonderful resources from which to choose.
