Question: I am planning on picking "X, Y or Z" type of grape.  What yeast would you recommend I use?

Answer: The answer to this question would take some time in consultation requiring additional information to determine the best type of yeast.

Question: I am emptying my barrels.  How do you recommend cleaning them?

Answer: We recommend Proxyclean which we carry.  Using Proxyclean is very simple and quick.  Citric Acid is used to neutralize any remaining Proxyclean.
