Lodi Winery Laboratory is an independent wine testing laboratory which opened in 2002 to meet the needs of the growing winery business and the home winemaker. Our services include analysis, sales of chemicals, lab equipment, fermentation supplies, process filtration equipment and supplies, as well as technical consultation.

Our primary analysis expert and head of laboratory operations is Sandi Walker-Tansley who holds a BS in chemistry/micro biology from California State University, Sacramento. Sandi has ten years of analysis experience with Mondavi Woodbridge Winery. While at Mondavi, she was promoted to supervisor of Production Lab where she was responsible for staffing, training, and coordination with the Enology Department.

Our experienced staff also includes Aaron Mosley, principal owner and consulting enologist, who has thirty years background in winemaking and winery management. Currently he is a consultant to several wineries in the Lodi area.

Colette Allen has been with Lodi Winery Laboratory since May, 2003 and oversees the bookkeeping and clerical records, sales and support.  She is new to the industry, but has been in and out of bookkeeping for various organizations for 30 yrs.
